Each gathering includes guided practices, reflections, and soulful conversations. Depending on the theme, you might experience meditation, breathwork, journaling, or creative exercises. The focus is always on creating meaningful connection and giving you practical tools to carry into everyday life.
How often do we meet?
The Inner Circle meets once a month on zoom.
What if I can’t attend live?
If you can’t make it to a session, don’t worry! All sessions are recorded and replays will be accessible in the portal.
