We also intentionally weave in free time to rest, integrate and simply be — whether that’s journalling, walking in nature or enjoying the beauty of the property.

Nourishing Wholefoods

Your body will be deeply nourished throughout the weekend with beautiful wholefood meals prepared onsite.

Our private wholefoods chef creates seasonal vegetarian menus designed with nourishment, wellness, gut health and flavour in mind.

Meals include homemade breads, soups, vibrant salads, nourishing sauces and fresh wholefood dishes, with produce sourced locally and directly from markets whenever possible.

The property is also expanding its sustainable produce with bees, vegetables and chickens, creating a truly wholesome farm-to-table experience.

Vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free dietary needs can all be catered for.

Who is this retreat best suited for?

This retreat is perfect for women who feel ready to:

What kind of breathwork?

We will be doing Conscious Connected Breathwork. Conscious Connected Breathing/Breakthrough Breathwork may bring up intense feelings or strong physical and emotional releases.

This style of Breathwork isn't recommended if you have a history of:
Cardiovascular issues.

High blood pressure.

Recent injury or surgery.

Any condition requiring regular medication. *Physician approval may be required.

Severe panic attacks.

Psychosis and seizure disorders.

Pregnant, or breastfeeding.

You will be requested to fill in a form when registering.

What meals are included?

All meals are included and are prepared by a private wholefoods chef using seasonal ingredients sourced locally wherever possible.

Meals are vegetarian, nourishing, and designed to support wellness and gut health.

Dietary requirements including vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free can be accommodated.

Do I need experience with breathwork, yoga, or spiritual practices?

Not at all. The retreat is designed to be welcoming for both beginners and experienced participants. All practices are guided and accessible.

Will there be free time?

Yes. The retreat includes intentional downtime so you can rest, journal, walk in nature, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Integration time is just as important as the retreat sessions themselves.

What should I bring to the retreat?

Closer to the event, we will send a retreat preparation guide with everything you need to bring. Generally this includes comfortable clothing, journal, walking shoes, and anything that helps you feel relaxed.

What if I need to cancel?

Because spaces are extremely limited, deposits are non-refundable, however we may be able to transfer your place if another participant fills the spot. Full cancellation terms will be included in the booking agreement.
